Workshop Manager

Do you know bikes inside and out, have outstanding customer service and strong leadership skills?
Cycle SuperStore is Ireland's Biggest Cycle Store, located just 14km from Dublin City Centre and in business for over 30 years and we are currently looking to recruit a Workshop Manager for our busy store.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver strong leadership and take ownership of our busy workshop and the team.
• Be creative in driving our standards and service forward and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure our busy workshop is managed efficiently and maintained to our high standard of cleanliness, regularity and appearance.
• Show passion and enthusiasm for solving customer issues with their pride and joy (even if it's a brand we don't stock).

The successfull candidate will have the following:

• Strong leadership, people and organisational skills.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and responsibilities.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge on bikes
• Strong and passionate knowledge of cycling (road and mtb).
• Passionate about delivering superior customer service.
• Experience with retail shift work, and flexibility in this regard
• Previous retail and/or customer-facing service industry experience.
• Very good work ethic and ambition to take the department to highest level possible

Part-Time & Full-Time Sales Assistants Required

Used Bikes Manager Wanted

We are seeking someone who will build on the success of our used bike department we are looking for a person with drive and passion to make it the best used bike department in the country.

Duties

• Trade ins
• Preparing bikes for resale
• Stock control
• Sales of used bikes
• Maintaining catalogue on web site

Skills required

• Excellent customer ,sales and organisational skills
• IT skills
• Good mechanical skills
• Very good knowledge of bike product and prices generally.

We have an opening in our workshop for a good cycle mechanic.

Main Responsibilities:

• Bike repairs. [experience required]
• Parts advice for customers.
• Custom Bike builds.
• Warranty issues.
