Size charts

This is General Size Chart, which should be helpful to find proper frame size of the bike. The most important factor is Inside Leg size. Wrong measuring may lead to the wrong frame size. So here is few tips: The best way to do it is to undress (baggy or wide cut trousers, shoes cause mistakes) and find the highest possible crotch position. For this purpose you can use spirit level or even book, but remember it has to be completely horizontal. Measure the distance from the top of the spirit level (or the book) to the ground. If having problems ask somebody for help.

Road Racer

To maximize comfort and performance on the bike, proper fit is essential - even more important than frame materials and components.
To find proper size of your Racing frame may take some time.
First, most general option is body measuring and using tested formulas:

In general, classic frame size = Inside Leg Size (cm) x 0.67
Sloping frame size = Inside Leg Size (cm) x 0.58

We also have our specialists who with help of bike fitting tool give you the ideal bicycle size and position. With the help of computer drawing generated with Bike Fitting Tool each client can make an educated choice of new bicycle fits. It can also be used to perfectly adjust an existing bicycle.
The Standard Measurement Jig is used to precisely determine eight body dimensions:

  • Height
  • Foot length (left and right)
  • Inside Leg Size
  • Torso length
  • Arm length (left and right)
  • Shoulder width

The model of shoe (sole thickness), pedal (height) and type of saddle are also taken into account.
The bikefitting.com standard program contains 12 different measuring types:
  • Road Racing (Competition, Criterium, Sport)
  • Touring (Audax, Randonneur, Sport)
  • Off Road (Competition, Sport, Touring, Hybrid)
  • Time Trial (Triathlon 650c, Triathlon 700c)
