We operate a no hassle no quibble returns policy. Just like in our
shop if you don't like or it does not fit just sent it back. (Sorry we
cannot take back sale or clearance items)
If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and send the goods back.
You don't need to contact us unless you need our advice about sizing fitting etc,

Goods for refund or exchange.
Goods must be returned within 21 days
Goods must be accompanied by original receipt
Goods must be in their original packaging
Goods must not be used.
Postage costs are not covered.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
Exchanges will be charged postage as follows, Uk and Ireland, €15 for bikes and large boxes €10 standard packages.
We will refund to your credit card the full amount less the original cost of postage(to us).
Refunds will be credited to credit card or cheque will be posted.
For refunds we will require your credit card no and expiry date.
If you are in a hurry for an exchange, simply reorder the one you want and we will refund you when we receive the return.
Christmas Gift Exchange Policy.
No worries no hassle exchange policy on gifts purchased by friends or family.
Simply return the goods by 30th January in their original packaging and we will credit you for the full value of the goods paid.Exceptions occur for sale or Clearance items.
Faulty Goods.
All goods
sold by us are covered by a 12 month warranty. This covers manufactures
defects, but does not cover damage by crashing, abuse, or general wear
and tear.
If you think your goods are faulty please contact us before you return the goods.
Frames have different warranty policies for different types of frames please call us or check manufacturers web site.

If an item has a defect, which does not appear within the first 30
days, please email customer Service for a return authorization. We do
reserve the right to turn down a return if the item appears damaged due
to misuse. Some manufacturers require items be sent directly to them
for repairs (wheels, wetsuits, etc.), so please contact our Customer
Service Department
Faulty goods should be clean.
Faulty goods should include a returns form ,plus returns reference and salesman contact name.
Sorry Postage costs are not covered.
Where goods wrongly delivered, or damaged in transit
If we send the wrong goods by mistake, or the goods arrive damaged we
will be happy to refund the standard cost of posting the goods back to
us. (Ireland and Uk)
