Shipping and Handling charges
Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on
destination and the total weight of the merchandise you order. These
charges include the cost of shipping your order via GLS or Irish Post.
Shipping charges below are for estimation purpose only as exact
Shipping charges for deliveries outside Ireland and UK have to be
confirmed after checkout process, they may vary from the prices below depending on the weight, package dimensions
and destination country.
All products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping to Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK is FREE for all orders above €50. For orders below €50 shipping charge is €9.95

GLS
Cyclesuperstore use GLS for deliveries throughout Ireland ,UK and rest of Europe.
All GLS deliveries can be tracked on the GLS-Ireland web site.
Irish Post
Cyclesuperstore use Irish Post for deliveries of small packages (less than 2kg) within Europe and for deliveries of standard items outside Europe (USA, Australia, Japan, Canada and
Rest of the World).
All Irish Post deliveries can be tracked thru the Irish Post web site.
Volumetric rates
Large lightweight items may be charged at Volumetric (Dimensional) rates. This only happens when the volumetric weights exceeds the actual weight.
This is a case with shipment of wheelsets and bikes. Please contact us for specific values.
Volumetric Weights are calculated using the following formula:
Length x Width x Height in centimetres / 6000 = Volumetric Weight in kilograms
Dispatched
All orders received before 1 pm will be dispatched same day.
Next day Delivery to The Republic of Ireland, 48 Hours to Northern
Ireland and UK.
Your presence is required as an authorized person to collect the item.
Please ensure that your correct address is provided.
Deliveries need to be signed for.
Actual time of delivery cannot be confirmed in advance. DHL will leave
a calling card if there is no one to take the package. They will
normally make 2/3 attempts to deliver,after that the package will be
returned to us. You may also call to the nearest DHL depot to collect your parcel.

Free Shipping
On all orders to Ireland and the UK. (orders over €50)
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number in your email when your goods are
dispatched. Simply log on to GLS or Irish Post web site and check your status.
Lost deliveries
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing, we will
either arrange to resend the goods or refund your payment .If the
package is not returned to us and GLS or Irish Post confirm the goods have
been signed for at your address we reserve the right to charge you for
the goods.
Address
Please ensure the correct address details are given for your order.
Deliveries can be made to working addresses if credit card address is verified.
International Orders (outside Ireland and UK)
Delivery charges for the all above orders have to be confirmed.
Tax free shopping possible for Customers outside European Union.
Customers outside European Union will be responsible for custom or duty fee. Please check your local custom office.

Gift Vouchers
It is possible to pay with Cycle Superstore Gift Vouchers, to do
that on-line just fill in the card number and your name in the comment
field in the payments section.
One For All Gift Vouchers
If you have a paper voucher you can post us in the voucher in advance of dispatch.
New Swip card vouchers. We can take payment off your gift card if you send us in the number on the card.
Note: One for all Gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of any sale or discounted items.
