In this transformational process, metals fuse and cool to form a structure that is strong enough to last a lifetime. Each brazer’s work develops a distinct style over time, as unique as handwriting. We finish this bike with a robust, threepart, semi-transparent colored lacquer, allowing every unique detail to shine through
• Brompton Brazer’s Coin is one of 1,975, made to celebrate everyone who has created our bikes for the last fifty years.There are 52 expert brazers in our London Factory, handmaking every single Brompton. We’re proud of what they do, that’s why each bike is marked by its maker.Each brass coin is embossed with one of our brazer’s initials. The material will naturally patina over time, making it as unique as your Brompton bike.
