Cube Acid 260 Disc Allroad Kids Bike

We take just as much care with our kids' bikes as we do with any other, which is why the Acid 260 Disc Allroad features the same mechanically formed, double-butted, heat-treated 6061 aluminium tubes as our adult range. Combined with our Agile Ride Geometry, it makes for a frame that'll allow your child's skills to develop as their confidence grows. A full range of accessories including mudguards, lighting set and kickstand is included as standard. And there's a replaceable gear hanger, too, so that a crash needn't be the end of the world.

We know how versatile a mountain bike is, so for the Acid 260 Disc Allroad we took the extra step of kitting it out with a lighting set, kickstand and clip-on mudguards. With its lightweight aluminium frame, carefully selected components – including suspension fork and disc brakes – it means it's ready for anything your adventurous young rider might take on.

• Aluminium Lite: There's aluminium, and then there's CUBE Aluminium Lite. This heat-treated 6061 aluminium is stiff, fatigue-resistant and, because of its natural corrosion resistance, a great material from which to make lightweight tube sets – and bicycle frames.
