As every bike is different and with the rise of increasingly complex e-bikes, one-size-fits-all packages don’t always work. That's why we give you an accurate, fair price for your bike’s individual needs
How Does It Work?
- After your booking is made and you bring your bike in store, our mechanics will examine it with you and you’ll receive a clear time and cost estimate for the work needed before we start.
- Once pricing and turnaround time is agreed we'll begin to work on your bike on the allocated day. During your service if we find your bike requires additional work or parts, we’ll let you know via email or a quick phone call before proceeding.
In Reality: A typical service on a non electric bike would cost €84. The same service on an Electric bike typically would cost €110 + any software updates required.
This service includes the below items, it does not cover any replacement parts or fitting which would be an extra charge if required:
- Full safety check for frame, wheels, brakes, drivetrain, and key components
- Torque check and adjustment of bolts
- Tyre inflation to recommended pressures
- Brake adjustment and alignment
- Gear indexing and adjustment
- Chain cleaning, lubrication, and wear check
- Wheel truing (minor adjustments)
