Here's the thing about the Cross Race C:62 frame: it features many of the same innovations as our range-topping carbon cyclocross frame. So, for example, you'll find a semi-integrated seat clamp and the same internal cable routing running neatly into the top of the head tube, for the same fuss-free performance, low maintenance and clean looks. • It's the little details that can make all the difference in a race. With the Cross Race C:62 Pro we've incorporated many of the refinements you'll find on our range-topping cyclocross bikes, so you can bring your A game to the competition. Carbon tech with mud, sweat and gears: bring it on.
• Not all carbon is created equal. With our C:62® carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, light and durable.
• Our Integrated Seatpost Clamp is all part of our quest to sweat the details, so that you can reap the rewards. Its minimalist design suits the frame's pared-back aesthetic. And, of course, that's important – because why wouldn't you want your bike to look great? But it also saves a few grammes too. And that matters just as much...
• Cyclocross Race Geometry is all about threading that fine line between speed and control, to give you the best possible chance of ending up on the podium. With handling that's quick to respond to rapidly changing conditions but stable enough to help keep you upright and rolling, it's all you need for race day.
• Cables connect your handlebar controls to vital components like gears and brakes, but there's no need for them to get in your way. With Internal Cable Routing we've reduced clutter and maintenance by running cables through the frame, keeping them out of the way of dust and water contamination – or damage from abrasion – as well as cleaning up your bike's appearance.
• If you want to race, there are rules. We know that, which is why all our road race bikes that could be used for racing are fully compliant with UCI regulations on bicycle design and construction.
