Dear customer Due to the Emergency and unprecedented demand we are experiencing we find that all our resources and staff are stretched to their limits.
It is very important to us to maintain the standards of service you have been used to.
We request your understanding and we will endeavour to fulfil orders , Repairs , warranty and Replies to emails/phone calls as soon as possible.
Our Showroom is open again!
We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and would like to assure you that we are doing everything we possibly can to process your order ASAP. We would ask that your are mindful of our team and treat them with respect, we will not tolerate abusive behavior.
- The current estimated delivery timescale is approx. 2-10 working days from the date of your order.
- If purchasing a bike, please note you will need to allow more time our workshop are currently experiencing delays up to 6 days for pre assembly (normal process involves all bikes being pre assembled before being shipped) If you are prepared to fully assemble the bike yourself, we can ship immediately and please note all bikes shipped by courtier will require some assembly as they will arrive in a box.
- All orders are being handled by our third party courier except in situations where you choose personal/home delivery, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.

We are open and trading as normal. Our opening hours are as above. Our store operates in line with the latest HSE and government guidelines.
